Suprimo Recipe

Let’s make this sandwich at home. Suppose you do not have access to any Subway branch in Canada. Follow some steps with me to create this sandwich at home.

How to prepare it?

  • Firstly, we start our recipe by preparing salami. Take a bowl, add grounded beef,
  • ¼ teaspoon of onion powder, ¼ teaspoon of garlic powder, ½ teaspoon of mustard seed, one tablespoon of freshly grounded black pepper, one teaspoon of red pepper flakes, and 2 tablespoons of sugar-based curing mixture.
  • Mix it well, then shape it in roll form, wrap it in Aluminum foil, and refrigerate it for 24 – 48 Hours.
  • We use readymade Deli-style Ham, Pepperoni & Capicola.
  • Preheat your oven to 165° C and place a broiler pan in it. Fill the bottom of the pan with water. Place your roll in the boiler pan. Bake it for 90 to 100 minutes. Remove the pan from the oven and cool it before unwrapping the salami. After that, slice your salami.
  • Take sandwich bread out of the packet. Toast/Grill, it depends on you.
  • Cut some veggies like lettuce, tomato, red onions & banana pepper. Place all these veggies at the bottom of the sandwich bread.
  • Spread some house sauce on the veggies.
  • Add Salami, Deli-Style Ham, Pepperoni, & Capicola to the veggies. Place some cheddar cheese slices and wrap your sandwich. Here’s your delicious sandwich. It is ready to eat.

Canuck Classic Review

Start the review of another sub from the Subway menu in Canada. The aroma of the sandwich is amazing. I took a delicate bite of the sandwich. The combination of the salami, pepperoni, deli-style ham and capicola with some house sauce is yummy!

The sandwich is full of protein and energy. If you visit any Subway outlet in Canada, you must try it at least once. The size of the sandwich is worth the price.
